hi,

i activate cloud trial but i don't received an email for activation and the button access instance is disabled

my is valid because i receive a mail for resetting password

@myitlab42000Could you check with your IT team to see if the email is there? Sometimes, you may need to request them to release it if it gets blocked.

If you registered the account using your business email, your organization may sometimes encounter issues during registration, as some companies block external emails. If this happens, check your spam folder and consider opening a support ticket for assistance.

I checked my my spam folder and all the sub folders of my mail account, but nothing.

I would suggest checking your spam folder, but also note that the setup of your Splunk Cloud Trial stack might take a little time, how long has it been since you requested this? Has it been more than a couple of hours?
