Hi All

I am trying to add new lines in mail body of the already scheduled export as PNG, when clicked on the dashboard export option on the dashboard, its shows like its not scheduled. I have tried on all configurations as well, only PDF export of the dashboard are available but not for PNG ones.

How can I find the options I previously set for PNG export of the dashboard. Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry @livehybrid, Forgot the post I did too.

I still cant find the options, we are using 10 admin accounts through 10 jumpboxes where all the setting and configuration synced with one another. for pdf scheduling there is a knowledge object when checked in all configurations menu where we can review the settings and permissions but I cant find the schedule for PNG one, I tried searching in the account I scheduled it too but appears like I have not schedule it too.

Thanks

Hi @MsF-2000

I assume the settings you are referring to are the email settings like to/subject etc?
It’s worth double checking that you are editing the correct dashboard, it may sound daft but I’ve seen this before where someone is editing a private version of an app dashboard or similar named dashboard to the one they were expecting.
If that’s not the case then can you also check the developer tools/console of the browser, check what network activity there is when clicking to open the edit window to see if any page errors appear in the network tab, this might help identify other issues.
