I pressed the start trial button and no email recieved.already checked the spam folder.
When i view the trial list page,the trial present but i cannot press the access instance button.
Okay,after 4 days waiting,I click the reset password button and this time it works.
Recieved my cloud portal link and username and password.(still the access instance button is gray)
I finally can access the cloud platform now.Thanks @livehybrid for answer my question.

4 days passed and still no mail and cannot access to instance.

Your cloud stack might take a couple of hours to be built and provisioned - Please check back on the portal and/or emails in a couple of hours to see if it appears. Once it is ready the "Access Instance" button should be clickable.
