Hi Team

Im getting

sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
error in http template.

i found a similar case,(https://community.appdynamics.com/t5/Controller-SaaS-On-Premise/HTTP-Template-Testing-Error/td-p/292...) which was resolved by appdynamics team. could you please do the same.

Following are the details needed:

1. controller url:  https://einstein202001200216335.saas.appdynamics.com/

2. server url: https://panjal.opsramp.net/

Hopping for a quick resolution, thanks.

Hi Arun,

I am unable to access https://panjal.opsramp.net/

Hence not able to check the root cert that signed the private key for this URL.

Could you please share a screenshot of certificate chain and also attach the root and intermediate certificates?

Regards,
Saradhi

Hi Arun,
Required certificate is now installed in the controller truststore. Could you please check now?
