My webapp consists of a searchbar. Is it possible to monitor the data that is searched for. So that i can find the data that is searched the most.

I haven't tried it myself but can you test this: Click on Applications, then ... Actions, and check the checkbox to "include application from user experience," then click on the UE application, and then go to Configuration > Instrumentation > Data Collectors > Add? See if that works. If not there may be another way. Either way if you want a fuller picture you may want to enable some application monitoring anyway.

You should be able to setup Data Collectors to copy what is being entered, you can see the documentation for that here: https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/Data+Collectors and maybe here: https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/Configure+Query+Literals+Security

Is it possible to do with user experience browser apps?

I am using angular 6 as frond end.

Or I need to set up application monitoring?
