Solved: Websphere 7 on AIX 7 support

Dears,

may i know please if IBM web sphere 7 is supported on AIX

as i installed Agent today but it's unable to detect any Business Transaction and node not appear on controller despite that agent appear in the agent list

Yes, the java agent is not OS dependent, so WebSphere 7 running on AIX is supported.

It sounds as if you may have communication issues between your agent and the controller. Do you see anthing in your agent log which may indicate the source of the problem?
