Unable to download Agent installer - PHP

With regards to the application monitor I'm unable to download the PHP monitor from AppDynamics wizard without receiving an error message. 

I've found this alternate URL to download. 
https://appdynamics.com/download

However unfortunately this did not work either.

There seems to be an issue in the rpm package on the provided page. Attempting to install this package results in an error.

Unfortunately the zip and bz2 installers are each throwing the following error:

Installing AppDynamics PHP agent: 4.3.3.2GA.12801.5296b3225e31b166062c1ef031cec9930416b797
Unable to find install variables at: /root/trash/appdynamics-php-agent/installVars
Please contact customer support.

Running a local install on the rpm file throws the same error as before:

error: %pre(appdynamics-php-agent-4.4.2.0-1.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 1

Please advise how we can install this?

Hi Wes,

The different PHP installer builds including RPMs are not available in the downloaded zone for the latest release. Could you please download and verify that you are able to install the PHP agent now without any issues?

Sorry to hear about the issue you are encountering. There is an issue with the agent download from the controller as well as the RPM package currently available from the download zone and hence we suggest to use the bz2 installer file to be used for the agent installation. The team is actively working on fixing the issue with the RPM build as well as the agent download from the controller wizard.

The bz2 file which you have downloaded is actually a zip file (not the bz2 file) which has the agent shell script installation files as the actual bz2 package. Once you extract the bz2 file, please use the shell script installation method described at https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO44/Install+the+PHP+Agent+by+Shell+Script for the agent installation from inside appdynamics-php-agent-linux_x64 directory.
