Hi,

I've an UEM configured application in PROD region, where i'm trying to analyse response time trend of an particular web URL based on location wise.

But i'm not able to find chennai location calls in Browser snapshots, even though we've several request hit from this location. Its not showing out there and only reporting calls from Mumbai location.

Could someone please advise how to rectify this. Thanks

Hi Soundarajan,

Probably we can verify if its capturing the IP or not first. Can you follow these steps.

Get your ip from google, you can type whatsmyip. Copy the IP address.

Generate some load from Chennai location and go to RUM -- Analyze. Add the filter IP Address and copy your IP address in it and search to see if data is getting captured or not.
