Hello,

Is there Rest APIs to register the HTTP request template & Actions/Policies?

I would like to automate the procedures for creating the HTTP request templates, Actions and policy.

Thanks,

Hari

Hi Hari,

Currently we have a set of APIs to only enable/disable policies.

Please find the list of all available APIs under Controller at the below URL:

http://<controller_host>:<port>/<controller>/api-docs/index.html

In the above list, please search for policies and refer the APIs to see if it helps your requirement.

For documentation on Alerts & Respond APIs please refer the following:

Alert and Respond API

Please refer the following documentation for the Controller REST APIs:

Using the Controller APIs

To get any account related data to access other APIs please refer the following documentation:

Access Swagger and Accounts API

Let me know if that helps.

Thanks and regards,

Asha.

I think, you misunderstood my question.

Is there a REST API /Call [POST] in AppDynamics to register the HTTP Request template, Create Actions and Policy?

Thanks,

Hari
