Hi Team,

We own around 337 application agents and 146 machines agent licenses are visible in the SaaS controller and some agents are decommissioned on servers, but still, It’s visible in the controller dashboard. Due to this we are unable to register new agents to the controller. Since allocated license limit exceed.

it would be better if you could help us to remove the old(decommissioned) agents from the controller so that we can add the new agents without any issues.

 Thanks,

Ranjith
