Splunk AppDynamics

Public (Customer) Facing Status Pages

Has anyone connected AppDynamics to external status page applications?

We track SLA metrics and would be interesting in reporting a simple green/yellow/red to a public page as we would not want to extend AppD externally but rather programmatically push the status metrics.

I have verified with my account/support team that this is not an option, unless you give access to the controller and use role based access control.

This is not at all something we would entertain, due to numerous security concerns.

I will be pursuing a middleware implementation. I was hopeful that someone else has accomplished this in the past to learn from their experience.

We have the same question. I have an open support ticket, but I have not yet been able to see where this is supported.
