Hi Team,

Our on-premises controller PRO to LITE conversion didnt completed successfully. When we check the available licenses, it just shows as Not Licensed.

Could you please assist to migrate to LITE version?

Please let me know if you require any details from my end.

Prasanna

Prasanna, we retired on prem self-service trials before July. I recommend you start a SaaS trial instead.

Prasanna,

Can you provide more details on how you got started on your trial (with the help of an AppDynamics employee, or self-service) and when you started the trial?

Hello Geysa,

It was through self service, however I have approached AppDynamics employee when the license was expired, but of no help.It was a while ago in July and I have posted couple of times on this community, but no one picked the issue.
