Network impact on transaction

Hello

Earlier when we interrogate Error or Stall transactions, we could get this view (this is from 25-May-21).

We are trying to get this view since yesterday and it's not available. What could be the reason?  Any license issue or any update in the dashboards?

Thanks

Hi Siva,

The chart you posted is from the Network tab of a diagnostic Snapshot.
I expect the chart will populate if the subject Business Transaction is enabled with Network Visibility.
If you double-click on the chart you will see the metrics in the Metric Browser.

Hello Brian

Thanks for the information.  Helped me understand.

Follow-on question please.  Is there a way to identify if we had "Network Visibility" option and got disabled recently due to license restrictions?

Thanks

Regards

Siva

Hi Siva,
I would start by looking at the current and historic usage of Network Visibility in the Account Usage tab.
Is the current allocation sufficient? Are there any License Rules that may have impacted the license allocation?
