.NET application not reflecting any data on dashboard

Hi I am new to AppDynamics, but one of our applications went through an server maintenance recently and ever since then our agents do not seem to be obataining any business transactions and am only receivng a message of 'No load detected for the time range'. During this server maintenance we updated our Windows platform as well updated our .NET Framework onto 4.7.2.

Can anybody please provide us with an input as on how to resolve this? Many thanks

Hi Michael,

If we understood correcrly from the shared details, after the matinece agent is not reporting the data metrics for the instrumented application.

To troubleshoot the issue further, could you login to this agent machine after that kindly restart the Agent coordinator service  and then restart the IIS in the given sequence. After that applied the load on the instrumented application and then check the behaviour.
