JVM Threads custom parameters

Hi,

I have a requirement for "high jvm thread wait time monitoring" for BT's. The only metric for JVM is thread count only (Application Infrastructure Performance -> Tier -> JVM -> Threads). So appreciate your expert suggestions on enabling/configuring the metric.
