How can I reset my AppDynamics user password?

Hello 

I am new to the appdynamics installation. While installing appdynamics I created user with administrator privilage. Now I am not able to login to the appdynamics console using the same. 

How can I reset the user password. Please note that I am using the Lite version and since no email is configured, i cannot use the forget password option. Also I tried to use the swagger but that too require credential. While I tried to login using the admin credential i was not able to authenticate.

Hi @Anonymous 

Sorry to see that you are experiencing an issue with the Lite version. 

The email address you've used while signing up for the Trail version of AppDynamics is the email address that's associated with your account. 

Do one of the following:

• Check the instructions given in the Trial welcome email.
• Log in to  AppDynamics, and click the SaaS drop-down next to your account name. Link to your Controller is listed as one of the options. For example: yourSaaS.saas.appdynamics.com.
