Health Rule violations not triggering

Went through the Knowledge Base looking for anything that I might have missed concerning Health Rule violations and policies. My goal is to have the ability to send an email notification if HTTP errors occur.

I can generate http errors using my device but despite the occurrences no health rule is violated and no action is taken.

Any help would be appreciated. More settings screenshots are available upon request.

Hi @DOMENIC.COCULLO

Are you able to share a screenshot of the Health Rule critical condition for HTTP errors?

Hi @DOMENIC.COCULLO,

I know you mentioned you already looked in the Knowledge base, but you didn't mention which articles you looked at.

Yes. That was the first article I came across and everything checked out but to no avail.

Thanks Ryan but these pages offered little in terms of help. As you see above from my screenshots even with 80 http errors per minute, the health rules remained in a 'green' state.
