Few Remote Service calls are not collecting data

Hi Team,

We have a issue where few remote service calls are not collecting data. This is .NET Application and we are using .NET Agent for Monitoring the same. It was working earlier (3 days back).

Recently, we had a RHEL Patching on the AppDynamics Controller and after that we see this discrepency for remote services not getting collected. But this should not impact the Application Monitoring.

Could anyone tell why few of the remote Services calls are not collecting data  (Response Time, Calls, Calls/min etc.) ? Also what are the troubleshooting steps for the same.

Hi Anant,

 Do you see the BTs which are supposed to make these Remote Service calls? If the BTs are not reporting then the Remote Services will not show up.
