Error registering new server App Agent

Hi, good morning.

I have registered a new agent machine (Linux) but when starting machineagent.jar printer this error:

[system-thread-0] 27 abr 2017 11:40:55,578 WARN RegistrationTask - Encountered error during registration. Will retry in 60 seconds.

I have activated SSL "true" but nothin started in OK.

Are you still facing the issue, if yes, please check connectivity between agent and controller host usign (telnet controllerhost 443) post that please check if SIM license units available at Setup -> License screen, if it is saas UI, can you share agent logs and the account so that we will check in backend if SIM enabled.
