I am writing to report that I have recently registered for an account using my corporate email address, but I have not yet received the confirmation email.

As this is a community forum there isn’t anything I’m able to do to track down your missing email however you could try contacting support via https://www.splunk.com/en_us/about-splunk/contact-us.html who should be able to assist.  
In the meantime I’d recommend checking your spam folder if you haven’t already!
