This UWP seems to be a Universal Windows Platform meant to create Windows 10-based apps which can be run across various interfaces including windows, mobile and Xbox series etc.
From the instrumentation point of view, these apps can be instrumented if they are built on UWP platform are using supported .Net frameworks, and are managed apps/services.
