Database Agent Availability Metric

Hi,

How can we create an alert on database agent availability  similar to App or Machine agent. I am unable to find similar metric for DB Agent.

Hi Ryan,

Actually we implemented monitoring via machine agent on same server along with some custom remediation built to make sure DB agent is always up and running.

Implementation of remediation part resolves my availability metric requirement.
