Custom Email Alerting-Database

Hi Team,

We have configured the Custom Email for Database Alerts. In the Email Alerting I need to put the hostname of the database  and its type whether it's windows or Linux?

Can anyone help me with the variables that I need to include in email template in order to fulfill the above requirement.
