Controller Status is paused

I am trying to use my Controller but I found that it is on PAUSE status, 

System Status

xxxxxxxxxx2020021306300412.saas.appdynamics.com

Current Status  PAUSE since November 21 @ 12:00 AM

Uptime 100 %

Do you know how can it be activated?
