For a single web application, We have 2 Appdynamics applications (2 application key) which is deployed in 2 test environments. Each application key provides monitoring for the respective test environment.

On one of the environment, the virtual pages are not showing, whereas other environment shows the virtual pages correctly . I have verified the setting in the UI and both settings appears to be same.

Could you please confirm if there is a way to compare the configuration files for the User Experience?

Can the configuration file be downloaded to a JSON/XML format and then compared against another file?

Abhinav,

You can export it into a xml file and able to compare it using the export option available under the Actions.
