Cannot create an application (AppDynamics Lite Edition)

I don't have any application, but when I'm going to create one, "Unable to create application" is shown.

Is there any way for Lite users to contact the support desk?

I have been told the inactive applications have been purged. Can you please try what you were doing again and let me know if it works!
