Cannot collect process snapshot or call graphs on trial version

 Hey, 

I'm using the current SaaS trial version, however, the app does not collect either call graphs nor can I capture process snapshots for my Node.js process. Without that, I cannot really evaluate the tool. Is there anything I can do to have those snapshots/call graphs available?

Hi Łukasz.kul,

What is the Node agent version you have deployed in your environment? If it is the latest, could you please add 

libagent:true

in the agent configuration, restart your Node application, drive some load and verify if the issue still persists?
