Can we use the license.lic file of an existing On-Prem controller to a new environment?

Hello,

We are moving our On-Prem AppD platform to a new environment. Can we use the license.lic file of an existing On-Prem controller to the new environment?

Sayad, 

Please open your license.lic file whether it has been associated with mac address of controller server. 

If yes, then you will not be able to use this license.lic file on different server.

Normally the license is binded with your contorller MAC address.  You can request the support to generate the license file with new server MAC address.
