Business transaction not captured

I have configured method as business transaction. java agent is missing to capture snapshot whenever this method is taking long time (e. > 30 min)to complete. It is capturing snapshot whenever execution times is less than 10 or 15 min. Is there any configuration I need to do capture snapshot whenever method is taking long time to complete.

Hi Kundan,

From the Controller UI, Click on Configuration & then select " Slow Transaction Thresholds " and pick the BT for which you want snapshot under " Individual Transaction Thresholds "   & tune the " User Transaction Thresholds " as needed.

Try the above steps and see if you can capture a snapshot for the BT that you have created.
