Appdynamics PHP AGENT IN AWS EC2 instance

Hello,
i am trying to install php agent for appdynamics on an ec2 istance Linux 2023

I am having this error [AD Thread Pool-Global0] 24 Apr 2025 13:34:39,645 ERROR com.singularity.CONFIG.ConfigurationChannel - HTTP Request failed: HTTP/1.1 502 badgateway
[AD Thread Pool-Global0] 24 Apr 2025 13:34:39,645 WARN com.singularity.CONFIG.ConfigurationChannel - Could not connect to the controller/invalid response from controller, cannot get initialization information,controller host [appdynamics.dom101.intres], port[8090], exception [null]

Can you help me to identify the issue ?
