I'm pretty sure it relates to the "events" tab under an application or a EUM app. It allows the user to see and manage events that a policy violation or an "Action" has triggered. Such as the ability to Delete, Archive, and Manually add change events. The documentation for what they can do with it is here:

https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/Monitor+Events with  sub-docs here: https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/Monitor+Application+Change+Events and here: https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/Events+Reference
