Will Splunk DB Connect work with a Splunk Free license?

Hi,

As my enterprise license of splunk in local has expired, I have changed to the free license, as I don't have a valid license to proceed further.

With a free license, will the app Splunk DB connect work? I'm facing 'java bridge server is loading' errors even after trying with some modification in configurations.

According to http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/DBX/1.1.5/DeployDBX/Deploymentrequirements :

"Splunk DB Connect has not been tested and is not supported with Splunk Free."
