Unable to reset password

New Member

I tried to reset my password for this forum by using the link and providing my email address. It then tells me it is sending a reset link to my email but I never get it. I have tried this multiple times and have checked my spam folder. Last week I sent an email to Splunk support with no reply. I tried creating the account again but when I put the email address in it says it is already in use. So today I just had to use a personal email to create this new account. Anyone have any ideas on how I can reset the password for my work email account?
