Hi,
can you access Splunk Web with an admin account but with a different role, so you dont need multiple accounts for testing role access and so on.
I am using Splunk Cloud only.

Yes, you can create different roles - go to Settings -> Access controls -> and add users or roles as needed.

For splunk cloud, if you don't have the required access, pls raise a support ticket with splunk cloud to help you.

Many people have been asking for a sudo
feature in Splunk F*O*R*E*V*E*R. Go ahead and open a P0 support case asking for this, which is considered an Enhancement Request. That is the only mechanism we have to ask for new things.
