Resolving Secure Splunk web with certificate?

Hello Team,

i am getting "your connection to this site is not secure" on splunk web in one instance. i have installed certificate as well and similar kind of certificate working fine on other splunk  instance . 

certificate installed path :  /opt/splunk/etc/auth

please help to resolve this issue

Have you restart your splunk instance?

Check from internal logs what is wrong if it's not working after reboot.

any specific logs i need check in internal logs to troubleshoot certifcate issue

At least splunkd.log maybe splunkd_ui_access.log too.
