Removed splunk user in Ldap

Hi,
One of our splunk admins left, and got removed from LDAP. He created some apps that did searches
that were built on summary. These apps stopped populating, we changed the owner of this app to
admin, it still does not work, and it now in the gui shows no owner to this app.

Any ideas of what i missed or need to resolve this?

You should be able to effect the same type of changes via default/local.meta within an app.
