Problem in creating new Role

I am getting an Error , when i try to create a new Role in Splunk Web:

ERROR DETAILS :
500 Internal Server Error
Return to Splunk home page
An error occurred while rendering the page template. See web_service.log for more details
This page was linked to from http://localhost:8000/enUS/manager/TestApp/accesscontrols.

Please help -

If you didn't assign that new role to your admin user, you can try resetting your Web browser, then logging in as admin.

Make sure you have rest_properties_get in your role capabilities.

You should look for event that have status=500.
