LDAP Log On

I am very new to SPLUNK, just 1 month in. I am trying to set up an LDAP Strategy to log into SPLUNK via AD username and password. The strategy was created on but i am unable to use any of the AD names to log in. Any help will be appreciated.

Problem solved...the user was not in the Mapped User DN.

You should coordinate with your domain administrators / LDAP experts because every LDAP implementation is different.
