How to create a user in Splunk with LDAP authentication?

I am trying to create a user in Splunk with LDAP authentication, but we don't know the process for user sync with LDAP and how to create the user. Can you please help?

LDAP is already configured in Splunk, but we don't know how to sync with user.

You don't need to create the users in Splunk, just configure Splunk to use your LDAP authentication and map groups to roles. If a user exists and has a valid group to Splunk role map, they will be able to authenticate.

I suspect you haven't mapped your LDAP Groups to Splunk Roles.
