How can I request my splunk.com login ID? (not Splunk instance)

My friend forget his login id to login to Splunk.com/community to download apps.
Could anyone in Splunk point me to the contact info or web page where he can retrieve his splunk.com login id?

The link above is for password reset, and I could not get Splunk login ID ...
Is there other site for user id lookup request for splunk.com?

When we got splunk i just created my own account. Since the license file is added separately. So you will have to register on this site to get a login to the splunk page. Someone had to create one in order to download the splunk apps.
