Error with Splunk DB Connect plugin

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to run a query in the app Splunk DB Connect but it always returns :

Error in 'script': Getinfo probe failed for external search command 'dbquery'

I can run the query in SQL Developer. Does anyone knows why is this happening? This query is big (more than 500 lines). Can it be because of that? With smaller queries, the app works just fine.

How do you resolved the problem "ç"?

I've managed to solve that error. It was because of the special caracters like 'ç'. Now I have another issue. It seems the query is too heavy for Splunk. It is always returning "Your network connection may have been lost or Splunk web may be down.". In SQL Developer it takes 27 seconds to run.
