Documentation for Splunk capabilities

Does anyone know where I can get some explanation on all the Splunk capabilities such at list_inputs, get_metadata, rtsearch, etc? I don't seem to be able to find any on Splunk's website.

This is the official documentation for Splunk capabilities: authorize.conf

If that doesn't tell you enough, please make a comment at the bottom of the authorize.conf web page, and let the documentation team know!
