Change splunk login Form

I need to change the form of splunk login. I did try changing login.html in Splunk_Home\share\splunk\search_mrsparkle\templates\account and then restarting splunk but it did not work.

Please suggest a way to achieve this.

I am using splunk enterprise version 6.5.1
