Can't connect to SplunkWeb after SSL

I used the following website to set up a self-signed cert - http://wiki.splunk.com/Community:SplunkWeb_SSL_SelfSignedCert_NewRootCA

I'm not getting any errors in the web_service.log. All "INFO"; however, I am unable to navigate to the SplunkWeb with any of my browsers. I am using IE.

I use https://:

I'm not getting any "Errors" on the page. I am getting "Internet Explorer Cannot Display Page"

Any ideas? I've configured the web.conf correctly. I have my paths set correctly, and SSL is set to "True".

I tried using the Splunk supplied certs and configure SSL within the General Settings and it works fine. When I attempt to use the certs I created I am not seeing any errors though when looking at web_service.log, which makes me wonder...
