generating pdf for advance xml view

I have been noticing issues when trying to generate a scheduled pdf delivery for an advanced xml dashboard. Is it possible to generate pdf deliveries for advanced xml views?

If you are on *nix, try the pdf report server app?

Integrated PDF generation (which exists in Splunk 5.0+) does not work for advanced XML -- see http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/latest/Installation/UpgradePDFprintingforSplunkWeb#Excep... .

If you can't do what you want in simple XML, you could try putting the PDF Report Server App on a Linux search head. (But try simple XML first.)
