Unable to render a map to PDF report

Hi all,

I tried to export my dashboard to the PDF but failed. The following error message is seen.

Unable to render PDF.

Exception raised while trying to render "Test2" to PDF.
[Errno 101] Network is unreachable

I tried to output another dashboard with map to PDF and working fine, therefore I sure that a map can be exported to PDF well.

Anyone can share your experience or solution for me ? Thanks

What Tileset are you using in the map you can export and the one you cant? are those different?

Where can I find the tilt setting of the pdf report?

I just confirmed with my colleague that his dashboard is using the google map instead of the internal map of Splunk as the internal map not able to provide enough zoom for the information. Since our Splunk environment is inside the internal network which is not able to access internet but can update our Splunk through proxy. Is it the root cause that PDF not able to get google map information? Is it possible that I can use the proxy to make it work?
