The PDF function sends as CSV

When I create an alert in splunk and send an email with the PDF option, I get a CSV file. Does anyone have any ideas on how i could fix this. Also in the email it says

An error occurred while generating a PDF of this report:
Didn't receive PDF from Report Server

We are running 5.0.1

Just got off the phone with Splunk Support. There is a known 'bug' that is causing this issue. So if anyone else is having the same problem it should be resolved in 5.0.2. I will update this answer/question when i get more details.
