Searches stuck in Jobs window

Since we have upgraded to 4.2.2/4.2.3 we have seen searches being stuck in the Jobs window under the "Running" state. They say they are at 0% completion, if I click them I can view the results, but they seem to be still in under the "running" list.

They seem to stay in there until the searches expire, about 4 hours or so.

Has anyone else seen this?

I think those are auto-paused after 30 seconds.
Is this a concern?

No - I just thought it was strange that they were stuck there. Thanks!
