No Hebrew is shown in PDF

I have a  simple report that that has Hebrew in it.

Exporting to CSV works as it should and I see the Hebrew in it, but exporting to PDF shows nothing.

Can someone help?

Yes, I did

The thing is, the that any new font that I put into the fonts folder gives me gibberish...
