Merge status indicator into list view

can someone suggest an easy way where i can convert the status indicator panels into a list view of a dashboard?

i have to check multiple IP's for events received in the last 24 hours. so currently i have made individual panel for each IP. and it is showing the icon correctly. but i dont understand how i would merge these panels in a list view showing the icons parallel to the IPs.

for example:

10.140.223.23 - icon(tick mark, cross mark)
